SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We provide a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service. For selected candidates, our services include official file activation, the drafting of a 5-year Canadian employment contract, and priority processing for Work Permits and Visas. We ensure that every worker is matched with a verified employer and provided with furnished housing upon arrival in Canada
FEE TRANSPARENCY
To ensure the commitment of applicants and cover the administrative costs of international file processing, a one-time activation fee is required. This fee covers document verification, legal contract preparation, and fast-track immigration assistance. This administrative fee is non-refundable as it is immediately applied to the candidate’s file processing.
TIMELINE
Our program operates on a strict timeline to meet the urgent needs of Canadian employers. The selection process concludes on February 15th, with the final deployment of workers to Canada scheduled between April 5th and April 10th, 2026. Our teams in Canada and Madagascar work around the clock to ensure all documentation is finalized within these deadlines.

FLIGHT TICKETS & TRAVEL
Full Airfare Coverage: The employer pays the full cost of the international flight from Madagascar to Canada.
Airport Pick-up: Transportation from the Canadian airport to the assigned housing is organized and paid for by the employer.
Deployment Date: These travel arrangements are scheduled specifically for arrival between April 5 to 10 April 2026.
STAY & FOOD
Every worker is guaranteed furnished and secure housing upon arrival.
The accommodation is secured for the entire duration of the 5-year employment contract.
All housing meets Canadian provincial safety and habitability standards to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Food & Initial Support
Employers provide an initial grocery allowance or meal plan to support workers during their first days in Canada.
Ongoing Living Assistance: While workers receive a competitive salary to cover their daily food costs thereafter, the employer ensures the logistics for food access are established near the workplace.
LABOR RIGHT
All salary packages offered through our program strictly adhere to Canadian labor standards to ensure a fair and competitive income. In addition to your base salary, workers are entitled to paid annual leave, public holidays, and overtime pay as regulated by provincial laws.
